Connah´s Quay triumphed over Cardiff Metropolitan, 0-3, on Saturday, on to matchday 8 of the Welsh Premier League. In this competition, Ryan Jenkins's team came from a win, and Neil Gibson's team came from a draw. In the starting XI there was Thomas Vincent, Andy Firth, Declan Poole and Jack Kenny. Fin Skiverton didn't leave the bench.
The opening goal was scored by Josh Williams after 31 minutes. With 45 minutes already played, Connah´s Quay extended their lead with a goal from Jordan Davies.
