SC Covilhã lose out to FC Porto B

FC Porto B overcame SC Covilhã, 1x2, on Sunday, on to matchday 18 of the Portuguese Division Two. To this matchday, Alex Costa's team came from a draw, and António Folha's team came from two draws.

The first goal was scored by Abraham Marcus after 31 minutes, with a left-foot shot. Shortly before the interval, João Mendes doubled the lead for FC Porto B, with a left-foot strike from outside the box.

Kukula netted the last goal in the 62nd minute. In stoppage time, Ivan Cardoso left the game early after seeing a red card.

After the result FC Porto B are 6th in the table, with 27 points, while SC Covilhã sit 18th place, with 8 points. With regard to the next fixture, António Folha's team will play at home against B SAD, whilst Alex Costa's team will play away against Feirense.
