Sampdoria defeated by Bologna

Bologna overcame Sampdoria in a win on Saturday, 3x0, on matchweek 33. Before this matchday, Sinisa Mihaijlovic's team came from a draw, and Marco Giampaolo's team came from a win.

The first-half ended without any goals.

In a very unlucky moment, Lorenzo Tonelli scored an own-goal after 54 minutes. After 69 minutes, Bologna extended their lead with a goal from Erick Pulgar from a direct free kick.  Riccardo Orsolini netted the last goal with 83 minutes on the clock with a left-foot shot inside the penalty area.

After the result Sampdoria are 9th in the table, with 48 points, while Bologna sit 16th place, with 34 points. Next up, Sinisa Mihaijlovic's team will play at home against Empoli, while Marco Giampaolo's team will host Lazio.
