QPR defeated by Wigan Athletic

Wigan Athletic beat QPR in a close win on Saturday, 2x1, relating to matchday 30 of Championship. In this competition, both teams came from two defeats.

The opening goal was scored by Josh Windass after 8 minutes, with a left-foot strike.

With 55 minutes on the clock, Wigan Athletic increased their lead with a goal from Leon Clarke with a right-foot strike inside the penalty box.  Bright Osayi-Samuel netted the last goal in the 75th minute with a right-foot shot from outside the penalty box.

After the result QPR are 15th in the table, with 39 points, while Wigan Athletic sit 20th place, with 32 points. Next up, Wigan's team visit Rotherham. Meanwhile, London's team will host Birmingham City.
