Celtic defeated St. Mirren by 4x0

Celtic triumphed over St. Mirren, 4x0, on Wednesday, relating to matchday 22 of Scottish Premiership. In this competition, Brendan Rodgers's team came from a defeat, and Oran Kearney's team came from two defeats. Oliver Burke was the man of the match. In the starting XI there was Scott Sinclair, Greg Tansey and Cody Cooke. Anton Ferdinand didn't leave the bench.

With 11 minutes on the clock, Oliver Burke opened the score for Celtic, assisted by Ryan Christie. In the 17th minute, James Kellermann came on. After 18 minutes, Scott Sinclair doubled the lead for Glasgow's team, from the penalty spot. 

After 55 minutes, Brendan Rodgers's team extended their lead with a goal from Oliver Burke.  after 59 minutes, Cody Cooke ended it up being subbed. With 72 minutes on the clock, James Kellermann was subbed. In the closing stages of the game, Timothy Weah netted the final goal of the game, laid on by Ewan Henderson.

After the result Celtic are 1st in the table, with 48 points, while St. Mirren sit 12th place, with 12 points. In their next fixture, Brendan Rodgers's team will host Hamilton. Meanwhile, Oran Kearney's team will play at home against Hibernian.
