Derby County defeated by Stoke City

Stoke City triumphed over Derby County in a close win on Wednesday, 2x1, in a game relating to mathweek 19. In this competition, Stoke-on-Trent's team came from three draws, and Derby's team came from a win.

The first goal of the game was scored by Sam Clucas, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty area, in the 24th minute.  after 33 minutes, Stoke City saw Peter Etebo get a straight red card

In the 50th minute, Harry Wilson fired home for Derby County, from a direct free kick. Tom Ince scored the winner after 64 minutes with a left-foot shot.

After the result Derby County are 7th in the table, with 31 points, while Stoke City sit 12th place, with 26 points. In the next fixture, Gary Rowett's team visit Reading, whilst Frank Lampard's team will play at home against Swansea City.
