AEK Larnaca defeated by FC Zurich

FC Zurich edged out AEK Larnaca, 0x1, on Thursday, in a match relating to the Grp.A of Europa League. Both Larnaca's team and Zürich's team held their first game in the competition.

The first half came to an end without goals.

Benjamin Kololli scored the winning goal in the 61st minute from the penalty spot. After 84 minutes, FC Zurich saw Pa Modou Jagne get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

With regard to the next fixture, FC Zurich will host Ludogorets Razgrad, whilst AEK Larnaca visit Bayer Leverkusen.
