Marcus Rashford continued his tremendou run of scoring form with a brace in Manchester United's 3-0 win over Leicester at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
The Foxes came out strong at Old Trafford and were close to take the lead on two occasions in the opening stages through Harvey Barnes and Kelechi Iheanacho only to be denied by two superb saves from David de Gea.
The hosts took the lead on 25 minutes when in-form Marcus Rashford was sent through on goal by Bruno Fernandes and smashed home past goalkeeper Danny Ward
Erik ten Hag's side were much better in the second half and managed to double their lead in the 56th minute when Fred played in Rashford who was able to calmly score past Ward.
Just five minutes later United added a third, substitute Jadon Sancho played a superb one-two with Fernandes before firing into the back of the net from close range.
The result moves United to within three points of second-placed Manchester City and just five points behind league leaders Arsenal, while Leicester remain in 14th place in the table.
Next up, the Red Devils have a big week ahead with a second-leg Europa League game against Barcelona on Thrusday at Old Trafford and the Carabao Cup final over Newcastle at Wembley next Sunday.
