Burnley lose out to Arsenal

Arsenal edged out Burnley, 3x1, on Saturday, on to matchday 12 of the Premier League . Coming into the contest, Mikel Arteta's team came from a defeat, and Vincent Kompany's team came from four defeats.

Shortly before the interval, Leandro Trossard opened the scoring for Arsenal.

After 54 minutes, Josh Brownhill fired home for Burnley. With 57 minutes on the clock, William Saliba scored the second goal for Mikel Arteta's team. After 74 minutes, Oleksandr Zinchenko netted the final goal of the game. In the 83rd minute, Fábio Vieira left his team with 10-man, after seeing a direct red card.

After the result Arsenal are 2nd in the table, with 27 points, while Burnley sit 20th place, with 4 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Mikel Arteta's team will play away against Brentford, while Vincent Kompany's team will play at home against West Ham.
