Galatasaray beat Kayserispor

Galatasaray overcame Kayserispor, 3x1, on Saturday, in a game relating to mathweek 29. Before this matchday, Istanbul's team came from a draw, and Kayseri's team came from a defeat. Mbaye Diagne was the main player.

The first goal was scored by Artem Kravets with 15 minutes on the clock. After 16 minutes, Mbaye Diagne struck for Galatasaray. In the 38th minute, Kayserispor saw Tiago Lopes get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. After 42 minutes, Mbaye Diagne fired home Fatih Terim's team second goal, from the penalty spot. Shortly before the interval, Yuto Nagatomo scored the last goal of the match, laid on by Mariano .

After the result Galatasaray are 2nd in the table, with 59 points, while Kayserispor sit 12th place, with 36 points. With regard to the next fixture, Istanbul's team will play away against Konyaspor, whilst Kayseri's team will play at home against Alanyaspor.
