Westerlo thrash Eupen

Westerlo overcame Eupen, 0x3, on Wednesday, in a game relating to mathweek 2. In this competition, Claude Makélélé's team came from two wins, and Bob Peeters's team came from a draw.

The first goal was scored by Lukas Van Eenoo after 16 minutes, from the penalty spot. With 32 minutes on the clock, Maxime Biset struck the second goal for Westerlo, assisted by Kurt Abrahams. 

Christian Brüls netted the last goal in the 55th minute.

. Next up, Westerlo will host Sint-Truiden, whilst Eupen will play at home against Charleroi.
