Watford beat Fulham with a thriller

Watford defeated Fulham, 4x1, on Tuesday, on matchweek 33. Before this matchday, Javi Gracia's team came from two defeats, and Scott Parker's team came from six defeats.

The opening goal was scored by Abdoulaye Doucouré in the 23rd minute, with a left-foot shot. With this goal, Abdoulaye Doucouré reached the landmark of five goals this season. After 33 minutes, Ryan Babel fired home for Fulham, with a right-foot strike inside the penalty box, after a pass from Ryan Sessègnon.

Sub Andre Gray, in the 46th minute, changed the course of the game. After 63 minutes, Will Hughes fired home Watford second goal, from a corner. After 69 minutes, Watford's team extended their lead with a goal from Troy Deeney with a right-foot shot inside the box. With this goal, Troy Deeney recorded his ten goal this season.  with 75 minutes on the clock, Kiko Femenía netted the final goal of the game, with a right-foot shot inside the penalty box, laid on by Andre Gray.

After the result Watford are 9th in the table, with 47 points, while Fulham sit 19th place, with 17 points. In the next fixture, Javi Gracia's team will host Arsenal, whilst Scott Parker's team will play at home against Everton.
