Jeonbuk Motors defeat Beijing Guoan

Jeonbuk Motors edged out Beijing Guoan, 3x1, on Wednesday, in a match relating to the Grp.A of AFC Champions League. Both José Morais's team and Roger Schmidt's team held their first game in the competition.

The first goal was scored by Han Kyo-Won with 14 minutes on the clock. In the 41st minute, Zhang Xizhe fired home for Beijing Guoan, assisted by Jonathan Viera.

After the break, Lee Dong-gook struck the second goal for Jeonbuk Motors, laid on by Han Kyo-Won.  after 71 minutes, Kim Shin-Wook scored the last goal of the match, laid on by Lee Dong-gook. With this goal, Kim Shin-Wook recorded his ten goal this season.

With regard to the next fixture, Jeonbuk Motors visit Buriram United, whilst Beijing Guoan will play at home against Urawa Reds.
