Al-Faisaly FC edged past Al-Ettifaq

Al-Faisaly FC beat Al-Ettifaq in a superb win on Wednesday, 3x4, relating to matchweek 20 of Liga Arábia Saudita. Before this matchday, Sergio Piernas's team came from a draw, and Péricles Chamusca's team came from three defeats. Luisinho was decisive with 1 goal.

The first goal of the game was scored by Cristian Guanca, with 20 minutes on the clock.  in the 32nd minute, forward scored the second goal for Al-Ettifaq, assisted by Fakhreddine Ben Youssef. With 45 minutes already played, Fahad Al-Ansari struck for Al-Faisaly FC.

After 74 minutes, Sergio Piernas's team increased their lead with a goal from Mohammed Al Kuwaykibi .  after 87 minutes, Denilson fired home Péricles Chamusca's team second goal, from the penalty spot. Sub Luisinho, in time added on, changed the course of the game. In stoppage time, Fahad Al-Ansari fired home for Harmah's team. Luisinho netted the last goal in the 90th minute.

After the result Al-Faisaly FC are 8th in the table, with 27 points, while Al-Ettifaq sit 9th place, with 24 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Harmah's team visit Al Raed. Meanwhile, Dammam's team will play away against Al-Hazm.
