Feyenoord beat FC Emmen with a thriller

Feyenoord triumphed over FC Emmen, 1x4, on Sunday, relating to matchweek 15 of Eredivisie. Before this matchday, Emmen's team came from a draw, and Rotterdam's team came from four wins. Steven Berghuis with a superb display.

Sub Orkun Kökçü, with 45 minutes already played, changed the course of the game. The first-half ended without any goals.

The first goal of the game was scored by van der Heijden, with 63 minutes on the clock.  in the 66th minute, Steven Berghuis could have scored for Feyenoord, but Kjell Scherpen has brilliantly saved the penalty. After 70 minutes, Steven Berghuis scored the second goal for Rotterdam's team, laid on by Orkun Kökçü. With 71 minutes on the clock, Anco Jansen struck for FC Emmen. With 77 minutes on the clock, Giovanni van Bronckhorst's team increased their lead with a goal from Orkun Kökçü.  in the closing stages of the game, Easah Suliman came on. In the final minutes of the game, Tonny Vilhena wrapped things up, from the penalty spot.

After the result Feyenoord are 3rd in the table, with 35 points, while FC Emmen sit 16th place, with 14 points. Next up, Giovanni van Bronckhorst's team will play at home against Fortuna Sittard, whilst Dick Lukkien's team visit FC Groningen.
