Mineros move on to the next round of Liga Venezuelana Apertura 

Mineros overcame Carabobo FC in a close win on Thursday, 2x3, in a match relating to the semi-finals of Liga Venezuelana Apertura. Richard Blanco was decisive with 1 goal.

After 30 minutes, Ángelo Peña opened the score for Mineros. With 40 minutes on the clock, Maurice Cova struck for Carabobo FC. Shortly before the interval, Carlos Rivero scored the second goal for Valencia's team.

Puerto Ordaz's team scored their second goal of the game through Julio Machado , in the 80th minute.  deep into added time, Richard Blanco scored the last goal of the match. With this goal, Richard Blanco reached the landmark of fifteen goals this season.

Thanks to this result, Mineros are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Puerto Ordaz's team will host Zamora FC.
