Chivas beat Toronto FC after a penalty shootout

Toronto FC edged out Chivas, 1x2, on Thursday, in a match relating to the decisive game of CONCACAF Champions League. Matías Almeyda's team beat Greg Vanney's team, 2x1, in the first leg of the tie.

The first goal of the game was scored by Orbelín Pineda, after 19 minutes.  with 25 minutes on the clock, Jozy Altidore struck for Toronto FC, laid on by Nicolas Hasler. Sebastian Giovinco scored the winner shortly before the interval.

Thanks to this win, Chivas win the competition.
