Corinthians get the better of Coritiba

Corinthians triumphed over Coritiba in a win on Thursday, 3x1, on to matchday 27 of the Brazil Serie A. To this matchweek, São Paulo (SP)'s team came from two draws, and Curitiba (PR)'s team came from a draw. Clayson runned the show.

The first goal was scored by Jô with 10 minutes on the clock. After 40 minutes, Henrique Almeida fired home for Coritiba, assisted by Thiago Carleto.
