Caykur Rizespor defeated by Fenerbahçe

Fenerbahçe edged out Caykur Rizespor, 2x1, on Sunday, on matchday 29. Before this matchday, Istanbul's team came from three wins, and Rize's team came from a draw. Moussa Sow was on fire.

Early in the game, Moussa Sow opened the scoring for Fenerbahçe, assisted by Aatif Chahechouhe.  after 14 minutes, Oguzhan Aynaoglu struck for Caykur Rizespor.

In stoppage time, Hasan Özer's team saw Marouane Saadane get sent off due to accumulation of yellows. Moussa Sow netted the last goal in the final minutes of the game.

After the result Fenerbahçe are 3rd in the table, with 56 points, while Caykur Rizespor sit 17th place, with 24 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Dick Advocaat's team will play away against Besiktas, whilst Hasan Özer's team will host Bursaspor.
