Everton defeat Sunderland

Everton beat Sunderland in a win on Saturday, 2x0, in a game related to matchweek 26 of Premier League . In this competition, Ronald Koeman's team came from a draw, and David Moyes's team came from a defeat.

After 40 minutes, Idrissa Gueye opened the scoring for Everton, with a right-foot strike inside the penalty box, after an assist provided by Séamus Coleman. 

Romelu Lukaku netted the last goal with 80 minutes on the clock with a right-foot shot.

After the result Everton are 7th in the table, with 44 points, while Sunderland sit 20th place, with 19 points. Next up, Liverpool's team visit Tottenham, whilst Sunderland's team will host Manchester City.
