Juventus have finalised the £67.5 transfer of 19-year-old Dutch international Matthhijs de Ligt from Ajax.
De Ligt's move to Turin ends weeks of speculation about one of the hottest young talents in world football, who had also been linked with potential moves to Manchester United, Barcelona and Paris St-Germain.
The cultured defender has signed a five-year contract with the Serie A side, who he scored against back in March when Ajax knocked Juventus out of the Champions League quarter-finals.
De Ligt helped Ajax win the Dutch domestic league and cup double last season, but saw their Champions League run ended by Tottenham at the semi-final stage.
Despite his tender years, De Ligt played 117 games across all competitions for Ajax, scoring 13 goals. He also featured in the 2017/18 Europa League final, where the Amsterdam club lost 2-0 to José Mourinho's Manchester United.
De Ligt has earned 17 international caps for the Dutch national side and scored in Holland's 3-1 Nations League semi-final win against England back in June.
