Atlético Madrid have put Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood, who is currently on loan at Getafe, on their shortlist for this summer.
The 22-year-old is unlikely to continue his career at Old Trafford following charges of attempted rape and assault that were later dropped.
After having not played for the entirety of the 2022/23 season, Greenwood has featured 22 times for Getafe in all competitions this season scoring seven goals and providing four assists.
United will be keen to sell the player, who is under contract at the club until 2025.
One possible destination is still in the Madrid area with Atlético Madrid putting the player on their shortlist according to Mike McGrath of The Telegraph.
Atlético may face competition for Greenwood's signature though, with other Spanish clubs reportedly interested in the player.
