England international Fabian Delph has joined Everton from Manchester City on a three-year deal.
With one year left on his contract at the Etihad Stadium, Delph has moved to Merseyside for a fee worth up to £10m.
Across all competitions, the midfielder made 89 appearances for City since joining them from Aston Villa ahead of the 2015/16 season. In total, he won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and three League Cups with the Citizens.
"The club that I've been at has had success, especially in the last two seasons, but over the last four years we managed to win trophies," Delph told Everton's website.
"I wanted to be playing more regularly and the opportunity to come and play for Everton was too good of an opportunity to turn down."
Eighth in the Premier League last term, Everton had already signed Portuguese midfielder Andre Gomes on a permanent contract this summer, and Toffees' boss Marco Silva spoke about the further quality new signing Delph will bring.
"When I look to bring a new player into our squad, the first thing I look for above all the other things is quality and Fabian is a player with high quality," said Silva.
The left-footed midfielder, who can also play at full-back, has linked up with Silva's squad at their Swiss training camp.
