Posh back on top

Peterborough United moved back to the top of the League One standings on Saturday - thanks to a 2-4 away win against Gillingham - and are the hottest shots across the top 4 tiers of English football. 

He has made a slow start to the season after a summer of transfer speculation that came to nothing, but Marcus Maddison came to the party at the weekend: assisting two of Posh's four goals. In the process, Maddison returned to the top of the assist charts going back three seasons - leapfrogging Man City star Kevin de Bruyne.
