Friday's Championship game scheduled for this Friday between Rotherham and Ipswich had to be postponed due to flooding caused by Storm Babet near the stadium.
The New York Stadium, located next to the River Don, experienced overflowing waters due to substantial rain on Friday afternoon.
Although the pitch in Rotherham was still playable, they were left with "no choice but to postpone the game".
This choice was made at 5pm, which was three hours before the game's planned kick-off time.
There is a possibility of further postponements on Saturday as persistent heavy rainfall affects various parts of the UK.
