AC Milan have completed the signing of Giampaolo Pazzini from city rivals Inter Milan in exchange for Antonio Cassano, the club have announced.
According to reports, the rossoneri have paid Inter Milan an additional €7m (£5.5m) for the transfer to go through and the deal has now been made official.
Pazzini was not part of Andrea Stramaccioni's first team plans and he will now further his career with the red side of San Siro.
Meanwhile, Antonio Cassano has committed his future with the nerazzurri until the summer of 2014 and was welcomed by the manager and captain Javier Zanetti on the training pitch, this Wednesday morning.
