Ola John has joined Lisbon giants Benfica from FC Twente, in a five-year deal, the Portuguese club have announced.
The Dutchman will, therefore, continue improving his football career in Benfica, for an undisclosed fee, as the Portuguese side simply confirmed that they have added a €45m buy out clause to the 20-year-old attacker's contract.
This will be Ola John's first overseas experience, after spending two seasons at the service of Twente. Last season the youngster scored eight goals for the Dutch side, who finished the campaign in sixth place.
