Hazard and Henderson were key men in 2018/19

          Great influence

No EFL player was involved in a higher percentage of his team's goals in 2018/19 than Rochdale forward Ian Henderson

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the nature of the statistic, Rochdale themselves struggled for goals for much of the 2018/19 campaign: 'Dale only hitting the target 54 times in total in League One

Nevertheless, Henderson's tally of 20 goals, and a further 6 assists, constituted 48% of Rochdale's overall productivity: underlining his importance to a side who maintained their third tier status after some battling performances at the tail-end of the season.

In fact, across the top 4 tiers, only Eden Hazard (involved in 49% of Chelsea' goals; 16 goals and 15 assists) contributed more to his team's cause in 2018/19 - and, in League One, only Charlton's Lyle Taylor and Luton's James Collins were involved in more league goals this season.

It appears age is just a number for Henderson, 34, who is joined by the likes of Tranmere hotshot James Norwood and Brentford goalgetter Neal Maupay on the list of players to dominate their club's goal and assist charts in 2018/19.
