Garry Monk's side have now recorded three wins and six draws since defeat to Bolton back in August, and are up to 14th in the table.

The Blues' hard-earned victory meant that they surpassed the previous longest unbeaten run in the Championship this season: Leeds United having also gone eight consecutive matches without defeat earlier in 2018/19.
Birmingham will have the chance to extend their invincible streak against Reading on Wednesday, the struggling Royals visiting Saint Andrews on the back of a much-needed win against Millwall at the weekend.
