Left-backs are generally not a huge source of Premier League goals - but Marcos Alonso continues to buck that trend at Chelsea.
Since joining the Blues in 2016/17, the Spaniard has been the most prolific defender in the Premier League and, last Saturday, he took his personal tally with the Blues to 14 goals, with the matchwinner in a 3-2 win v Arsenal.
Other defenders to weigh in with their fair share of goals over this period include Crystal Palace's Patrick Van Aanholt (10 goals), James Tomkins (West Ham), Alfie Mawson (Fulham), Gary Cahill (Chelsea) and Gareth McAuley (who have all hit six goals apiece).
